Yorkshire Water names final AMP7 framework winners

The last set of framework awards complete a 12-month AMP7 procurement process following the recent announcements of the MEICA and Civils framework awards.

The £400m Infrastructure Networks framework covers the delivery of infrastructure pipeline projects for both clean and wastewater assets.

Galliford Try estimated the work would be worth around £30m to it over the five-year term, which has the option for extension into AMP8.

Carried out in conjunction with design partner GHD, the work will cover the clean water and sewerage networks, focusing on the rehabilitation and replacement of below ground assets.

The £250m Customer Focussed Infrastructure Works framework involves the delivery of programmes of work including internal flooding, lead replacement and minor works packages.

Yorkshire Water Head of Programme Delivery, Mark Baker, said: “We are delighted to have put in place the final piece of our highly collaborative partnering arrangements for the delivery of our AMP7 programme.

“We are excited to be embarking on a new way of working which takes us away from a traditional transactional environment and into an Enterprise world which will see new levels of engagement, alignment and collaboration between partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.”
